Cleaning Associate Pay: Starts at $13.00/hour (Training Phase). Growth: Pay increases to $14.00/hour after successful completion of the initial 90-day training period. Role Summary: We are looking for detail-oriented individuals to join our team and deliver our "Sanctuary Standard" to every client. This position is hands-on and requires a commitment to excellence in all areas of the home, with a primary focus on bedrooms and bathrooms. Requirements: Must be comfortable and thorough in cleaning all residential areas (including offices/libraries, hallways, laundry rooms, bedrooms, and bathrooms). Must be reliable, punctual, and have a passion for providing a clean, peaceful environment for our clients. Willingness to follow our specific color-coded safety and sanitation protocols.
